Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Services
Alban Lermigeaux and Morgane Abbas provide intensive training services in international relations, offered both online and onsite. These services are tailored to high school students, and the content is consistent across various programs. Pricing is not public and depends on client-specific demands, with details provided upon request.
2. Booking and Payment
After confirming a booking, an invoice will be issued. According to Article 1103 of the French Civil Code, contracts legally bind the parties, and payment must be made in full after invoice reception and before the program starts. Payment methods will be detailed on the invoice.
Right of Withdrawal ("Délai de Rétractation"): In compliance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, clients have a 14-day period from the date of the invoice to cancel the service agreement without any penalty. If the program starts before this period ends and the client has expressly waived the right to retract, this right no longer applies.
3. Cancellations and Refunds

By the Client: Clients may cancel within the 14-day withdrawal period as per Article L221-18 and receive a full refund. Outside this period, cancellations will not result in a refund unless mutually agreed upon.

By the Providers: In the event that we must cancel a program due to our own fault, Article 1231-1 of the French Civil Code (pertaining to non-performance of contractual obligations) provides that the client is entitled to a full refund of any payments made.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Alban Lermigeaux and Morgane Abbas, as protected under Article L111-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code. Any reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials outside the scope of the program is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
5. Data Protection
We comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on Data Protection. Personal data collected from clients and students will only be used to fulfill our contractual obligations and will not be shared with third parties. This data is stored securely and strictly reserved for our internal use.
Under Article 32 of the Data Protection Act, clients have the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal data upon request.
6. Online Training
For online training sessions, clients must ensure that they have the necessary technical equipment and internet access. Any technical difficulties experienced by the client due to inadequate internet connectivity do not fall under our responsibility, as outlined in Article 1147 of the French Civil Code concerning obligations and liability.
We utilize platforms for our online sessions, by using these platforms, clients agree to comply with their security and usage policies.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by French law, particularly Article 1104 of the French Civil Code regarding good faith in contractual relationships. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, as per Article 42 of the French Civil Procedure Code.
